About me…

I spent 36 years inside the pharmaceutical machinery before I truly understood what I was part of.

As Drug Marketing Director at Walgreens, I sat at the nexus of drug manufacturers, corporate strategy, and retail operations. RX drugs, OTC drugs, private label—every product line crossed my desk. I was the man in the middle. My job was to evaluate the pitches, approve the campaigns, and push the products out to thousands of stores. I got good at reading between the lines

The work was demanding. It was also deeply rewarding. But the stress exacted a price, and I chose early retirement rather than let the stress kill me.

Then life hit harder.

I had a strong marriage of 49 years, three children, and a beautiful wife. When I lost her to lymphoma, the foundation of my life shifted. Grief drove me to reexamine everything I thought I knew about medicine—every assumption, every trusted authority, every pill I had ever helped market. What I found shook my confidence in the allopathic model entirely. I no longer see it as a system designed for healing. I see it as a system designed for profit.

After retiring, I began consulting on drugstore operations and marketing strategy, but then I switched and started writing. A high school friend had retired from advertising and launched a website called Suddenly Senior—he gave me a platform to write about the medical issues that impact senior health. Between episodes of being a caregiver, I launched an intermittent personal investigation into the Tylenol poisonings. The FBI pursued the case for years and never closed it. I have pursued it for decades and have finally put all the puzzle pieces together.

In parallel, I developed N2E+ for Life: Nutrition, Nutrition Supplementation, and Exercise, with the "+" representing mind-body harmony. It is not a pill or a selling program, but an educational platform. It is a practical rejection of food sources contaminated with trace toxins, a commitment to nutrient-rich diets, and a demand for physical symmetry through movement. Also includes nutrient supplementation including Vitamin D3 to correct deficiencies the modern food supply and negative lifestyles issues create. The plus sign represents the need for Mind-Body harmony to find stress free time each day to avoid mental and physical dysfunction.

After my career inside the industry and a personal loss that shattered my faith in conventional medicine, I learned something simple: genuine health requires individual responsibility and a willingness to question medical dogmas.

J & J, as well as Kenvue and all the other drug manufacturers should understand that aggressive prescription drug marketing and faulty medical research has no place in properly treating patients. How the drug manufacturers interpret what has been disclosed by Seven Innocents will reflect their corporate attitude.

I am still writing, still investigating, and still challenging the narratives we are asked to accept without scrutiny. My goal is to share what I have learned with all who will open their hearts and minds to the realities of medicine today. My writings can be found at thomasabraunrph@substack.com and soon to be released www.n2e4u.com.
